Ready to print

Start from a finished pot.

Every one of these came out of Potforge and sits on its Ready-to-print shelf. Download one as it is, with no account, or open it and make it yours.

How it works

From slider to shelf.

  1. Step 1

    Pick a starting shape

Open a ready-to-print pot, or begin from the shape the editor opens with.

  2. Step 2

    Drag it into shape

Height, width, sides, twist, ribs and waves. Choose a surface pattern and a rim cut, then set drainage and legs. The 3D preview follows every slider.

  3. Step 3

    Download the STL and print

Open it in Bambu Studio, OrcaSlicer, PrusaSlicer or Cura. Your own designs go into your vault first, which is free for three.

Drainage built in

Centre holes or a honeycomb grate, with a drainage plate that is either part of the pot or printed separately.

Legs or a flat base

Stand the pot on legs with a recessed underside, or give it a solid, flat bottom that prints without supports.

See it in colour

Preview terracotta, bronze, pistachio, cream glaze and ten more finishes before you pick a filament.

You choose the detail

Set the mesh quality before you download, from light files for quick prints to fine detail for textured walls.

Questions

Before you open it.

Do I need an account?

Not to design, and not to download a ready-to-print pot. To download a design you made or changed, save it to your vault first. That needs only an email address: you sign in with a link, no password.

What file do I get?

An STL, the standard file for 3D printing. Open it in your slicer, choose your filament and print.

Which printers does it work with?

Any FDM printer whose slicer opens STL files, which covers Bambu Lab, Prusa, Creality, Elegoo and the rest.

Can I sell the pots I print?

Yes, on the Commercial plan. Free and Maker are for personal use. Nobody may resell the STL files themselves.

What happens to my designs if I cancel?

Nothing is deleted. You go back to the Free plan, every design stays in your vault, and your earliest three stay downloadable.

Who makes Potforge?

KUZE, a small planter studio in Perak, Malaysia. The pots on our MakerWorld profile were designed with it.

Your next pot is a few sliders away.
